Will Broadtexter work for me?
Broadtexter will work with any phone that can handle text in the US and Canada.

Is it difficult or time consuming to set up?
No. It only takes like 3 minutes to do. It's so easy even a drummer can do it.

Can fans join right from their phones?
Yep. We'll create your own Broadtexter Band Page that fans can view right on their mobile phones. It enables them to join your club, send you messages, and view all the texts that are going around in your fan club right from their phone.

What is my Band Page all about?
Two things...FIRST, it basically displays all the messages that are going around in your fan club. SECOND, some websites do not allow you to embed your widget because it is Flash. Your Band Page will have your widget already embedded and you can link back to it from ANYWHERE.

Who can view my Band Page?
Your Band Page isn't guarded with passwords so anyone can see it on the web or their mobile phone browser. However, in order for fans to get their message up on it they have to join your fan club.

Is there a fan limit on my Mobile Fan Club?
No. If your Mobile Fan Club becomes incredibly large (like in the thousands), then contact us so we can support your special needs.

How will I send alerts?
You will be able to create alerts (and regionalize them if you want) from your account online or right from your own phone.

Can I schedule alerts in advance (say...if I'm going on the road)?
Absolutely. We want it to be easy for you to use Broadtexter. Scheduling alerts in advance lets you 'set it and forget it'.

How many fans can I send to at one time?
All of them…as long as you can get to join!

Do you bombard my fans with crappy marketing text messages?
No...and we will NEVER bombard your fans with crappy marketing text messages. Check out our Privacy Policy to see it in writing.

What does it cost?
Broadtexter is a free service. At some point we will offer a set of premium features, but basic usage will remain free.

It's Free?...Seriously?...even if I send an alert to all my fans?
You will not be charged (by us or anyone) for multiple text messages even if you send out a broadcast to all your fans.
